Vinicius Jr was accused of his celebration after scoring goals and was warned that if he does it at the Metropolitano then the Brazilian may “expect trouble”. Still the 22 year old danced and celebrated yesterday night after Real’s first goal.
Vinicius has been skinning past defenders and is a nightmare for the defenders in the La Liga this year. The Brazilian cant stop scoring and celebrating with his unique dance which is always followed by most of the Brazilian footballers over the years .
Koke and Pedro Bravo Slams Vinicius Jr
In a recent press conference before the Madrid derby the Atletico Madrid captain Koke said “ There would be trouble for sure ,[that is] to be expected. If in the end he scores and decides to dance , well, its what he wants to do. Would I understand it or not? Everyone has their own way of being and of celebrating goals as they please.”
According to the Spanish Agents association’s President , Pedro Bravo , Vini jr is not respecting his opponents with his celebrations and compared the 22 year old’s behaviour to that of a monkey while talking on the Spanish television.

Football players came in and supported Vinicius for his celebration , especially the Brazilian players as they all posted on their official social media handle for giving support to the young lad.
Neymar, Pele, Gabriel Jesus and many . Vinicius Jr also responded to him dancing joyfully on scoring by an Instagram post as the Brazilian also pointed out Racism in the matter and stood for his Skin color and where he belonged to.
The Brazilian also said that he was a victim of racism and Xenophobia after weeks ago his dance was criminalized . Fans showed their full support by telling the Brazilian Star “ keep dancing Vinicius Junior “ as his trademark Celebration.
Vini Jr Danced to Madrid’s victory song
After the Racist slur and comments by the Spanish agent “monkey”, during the Madrid derby the Atletico Madrid fans targeted the 22 year old with a racist chant “ Vinicius is a Monkey” to which Real Madrid replied when Rodrygo scored for his team on the 18th minute and celebrated with his Brazilian and club teammate by dancing. The celebration was a complete banter for the Atletico fans and players after their comments. Real won the game 2-1, Vinicius Jr then post on Instagram saying “ Dance where ever you want”.
