Manchester United and Real Madrid to enter a bidding war to sign Cody Gapko

The FIFA World Cup is a stage for all the players to show their true potential and become a revolution in world football. In the past there have been many such players like 2018 Kylian Mbappe, 2014 James Rodrigues, 2010 Thomas Muller and even Pele himself.

So this year it was interesting to see which player would stand out from others and perform on the biggest sporting stage in sports. The football experts had made their predictions with the likes of Jude Bellingham, Pedri, Jamal Musiala and Lisandro Martinez who all performed very well in this tournament and are definitely the future of football.

However, there was one player who was a crucial part of his nation’s world cup run all the way to the quarter-finals and that man is Cody Gapko of the Netherlands. In this tournament, till now he has scored 3 goals in just 4 games and has guided Van Gaal’s team to victory many times.

And due to his sensational performances, all the big clubs in Europe are now keeping an eye on him with the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, PSG and many more on the list.

But there are 2 clubs who have decided that they want to sign the Dutch superstar and those clubs are Real Madrid and the Premier League against Manchester United. It is widely reported in the Spanish and English media that both of these clubs would enter into a bidding war either in the winter or summer transfer window in order to sign the striker.

United would be looking to replace Cristiano Ronaldo, whereas Cody Gapko would be the successor of Karim Benzema at Los Blancos. All in all, now that every other club wants him, it’s all in the hands of Cody to decide his future and it would be interesting to see what’s the next step in his career.
