It’s the final matchday of the Round of 16 at the FIFA World Cup 2022 and this time out it’s a clash between two of the most unpredictable teams in this year’s competition, as at the Education City stadium Spain will take on Morocco. Now coming into this game, both sides have had results that no football expert had ever predicted cause, on one hand, Spain won their first match against Costa Rica by an astronomical scoreline of 7-0, but in their last match, they suffered a shock defeat against Japan which resulted in Enrique’s side finishing 2nd in the group.

Whereas for Morocco they have had an absolute rollercoaster of a tournament cause no in the footballing world expected them to qualify in a group where there were Belgium and Croatia. However, they not only managed to qualify but they did it by topping their group which is simply sensational. They are still one of the few sides in the World Cup who are still unbeaten and they would be looking to continue on thier streak against Spain too. Although in this match, the European giants are the rightful favourites, but they cannot underestimate the African side as they have already shown that they could win against a big team as they did against the Golden Generation of Belgium. And these two teams faced each other in the last World Cup to where the match ended in a draw. So all in all, it would be a very interesting match where there is a high chance that it could go to penalties.
