Inter Miami Officially Announce the Signing of Lionel Messi

Major League Soccer club, Inter Miami, which is being led by David Beckham has finally and formally announced the signing of the World Cup winning legend Lionel Messi in a very dramatic manner right before the official presentation of the Argentine on coming Sunday.

The official announcement of Lionel Messi joining the American club as a free agent has finally arrived now after the Argentinian had decided to move to the MLS after exiting from the French Ligue 1 club, Paris Saint-Germain.

The contract signed by the former Barcelona icon will be taking him with Inter Miami until 2025. Despite the deal being officially confirmed by the club only now, which has now put a stamp of validity to the transfer for the sake of fans and supporters, this news had been confirmed long time back about his move to Miami.

As per the reports, Inter Miami has appointed Tata Martino as a manager and Messi will be playing under him in the pink stripped jersey of the club, now officially confirmed and hailed by the club.

The MLS commissioner Don Garber made an official statement saying that they were overjoyed that the greatest player who has ever played in the world has chosen Inter Miami CF out of all the offers and the Major League Soccer as his new destination.

The statement added that they were all excited to see his debut for Inter Miami this month for the Leagues Cup tournament.

“I’m very excited to start this next step in my career with Inter Miami and in the United States,” said Lionel Messi himself about his decision to leave Europe.
