Besiktas Sign Vincent Aboubakar After Al-Nassr Kick Sacrifice him for Ronaldo

Cameroon star Vincent Aboubakar has finally found a new home for his endeavours after he was kicked out of Al-Nassr earlier this month because of Christiano Ronaldo’s joining of the team.

Vincent Aboubakar’s contract was terminated by the Saudi club Al-Nassr previously this month as a sacrifice by the club to make room for the legendary signing of Cristiano Ronaldo in the first week of January. This was due to the limit on international players regulations by the Saudi League.

Aboubakar joins Besiktas

The ex-Al-Nassr forward who had thrilled everyone with his masterclass performance in the 2022 Qatar World Cup has now finally joined a new club.

Aboubakar has joined the Turkish club Besiktas as a replacement for the newly departed from the club, Wout Weghorts who has currently joined the Premier League giants, Manchester United on loan.

The Turkish club had earlier made an official announcement on their official website saying that the Besiktas Futbpl A.S.’s general manager and sporting director Ceyhun Kazanci had met their new transfer Vincent Aboubakar at the BJK Nevzat Demir Facilities.

The website also read that Kazanci also Aboubakar, who has newly signed a contract with Besiktas after departing from Al-Nassr earlier, a “welcome home” message and a success with their “glorious jersey”.

This is supposedly going to be Aboubakar’s third run with the Turkish outfit, where he has a record 35 goals stacked up and a total of nine assists within 67 appearances for the club.
