We all know that Indian legend and the God of cricket, Sachin Tendulkar holds the record for most centuries in international cricket. But did you know who the second most century maker was?

Well, now you do. Virat Kohli, with his 71st century, has the joint-second highest number of international centuries to his name. He currently holds the spot with Australia’s legendary batter Ricky Ponting.

However, Kohli will be technically ranked above the Australian legend as he took fewer innings to reach the milestone. Ponting noticeably took 668 innings, while Kohli was able to do so in just 522 innings.
