Pele Dead at 82: Remembering the Football Legend

Edson Arantes do Nascimento, better known by his nickname Pele, passed away at the age of 82 in the Albert Einstein Hospital in Sao Paulo at 3:27 p.m. on 29 December, 2022. Pele is unquestionably one of the best football players of all time. The main reason for Pele’s death is that. he had to battle cancer for a few days after apparently experiencing kidney and cardiac problems. He underwent routine treatment following the removal of a tumor from his intestines in September of 2021.
