Manchester United To Go ‘All Out’ To Sign Tottenham and England captain Harry Kane in Summer

Harry Kane Is having another memorable season as the 29-year-old, who has continued to strengthen his reputation as one of the greatest strikers of his generation.

Kane has scored 21 goals in 28 appearances in the Premier League and also broke Spurs’ all-time scoring record, going past the legendary Jimmy Greaves in the process.

There is an increasing feeling that the Englishman is not getting the very best out of his career at Spurs in terms of winning trophies and with the quality around him currently holding him back.

Kane Constantly Linked With A Move

Kane has been constantly linked in past and also currently with a summer move to United, as Erik ten Hag looks to bring in a world-class striker who will be a major upgrade on the limited Wout Weghorst, who joined United on a temporary contract.

Napoli star Victor Osimhen has also emerged as a strong contender to move to Old Trafford but a fresh update suggests that the Three Lions captain is the man they are after.

According to Football Insider, United will be going ‘all out’ to sign Kane at the end of the season, with the club ‘willing’ to spend a huge sum of money on a new striker. United will only decide to look at other options if the north Londoners are absolutely adamant that their most prized asset is going nowhere.

Manchester United Still Lack A Lethal Striker

Ten Hag sees the Spurs icon as the ‘perfect number nine’ to come in and word at the Carrington training ground appears to be rife about him joining.

United have grown into an excellent team this season, winning the EFL Cup and still competing in both the Europa League and FA Cup, but they lack a genuinely elite striker, like Manchester City have with Erling Haaland, for example.

In Kane, the Red Devils would be signing someone who could instantly turn them into title challengers, though, having been called ‘truly world-class’ by Graeme Souness.

A tally of 271 goals for Spurs and 53 strikes for England speak for themselves and the idea of him dovetailing with Marcus Rashford is mouth-watering.
