German Giants Bayern Munich and Dortmund lock horns this weekend as the Bundesliga table is starting to take shape.

Both Bundesliga sides have had a similar start to the season as both are level on 15 points in the league. Surely Bayern’s start is underwhelming as they are currently 3^rd in the table. Dortmund on the other hand has had an average start to the season.

Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich would surely look forward to grab points from their rivals Dortmund as they look to climb up the table after their stop start to the season.

It hasn’t been easy for the Bundesliga Champions since their talisman Lewandaski’s departure. Bayern had been amazing in their last UCL outing as they won 5 -0 over Viktoria PLZEN .

Bayern are 3^rd in the table with 15 points having 8 games played out of which 4 won 3 drawn and 1 lost. James Musiala has been clearly their best player as he has made a massive difference in the midfield, the youngster has 8 G/A in 8 games this season.

Bayern are given an injury blow with a mini covid outbreak in their camp as two of their key players Thomas Muller and Kimmich has tested positive for the virus which leaves Nagelsmann with Sabitzer and Goretzka as his options.

The home side would look forward to host their rivals Bayern in their own backyard this weekend , if this Dortmund team plays well on their day they could do serious damage to this Bayern Munich side.

Dortmund sit on 4^th position with Bayern in the Bundesliga with 15 points. Dortmund had hammered Sevilla this week in the UCL with their amazing performance away from home. It was a 4-1 victory, surely this Dortmund side would give Bayern a tough time at their home.
