Following the game, Jadeja took to twitter once again to share his accomplishment. In the caption he decided to take a jibe at the fans.

Earlier in the season Jadeja had jokingly complained about the fans calling for him to get out, to allow MS Dhoni to come on the crease. However, it seems that the fans have not understood his sentiments.

This lead to Jadeja playing a superb inning in the final group game against DC. Following this knock he posted a cryptic message on social media that read: “Karma will get back at you, sooner or later it surely will.”

At this there were theories regarding Jadeja having another tiff with the management. Noticeably, there were rumors floating around the star allrounder’s participation in the team.

Ravindra Jadeja saga in 2022 IPL

Having failed miserably as the captain, the player had gone through a metamorphosis. He was ruled out of the tournament with an injury. But reports claimed that it was a fall-off with management.

However, all the reports were put to rest with Jadeja posting all is right, before the IPL 2023. And hence, he remained with the team for this season and has performed superbly with the ball in hand.

Ravindra Jadeja is the second highest wicket taker for CSK this season. He has 19 wickets to his name from 15 games at an average of 20. With his on and off batting performances he has proven to be the most valuable asset indeed.

Chennai Super Kings will be hoping for him to repeat the same performance in the final which they will play on upcoming Sunday in Ahmedabad.
