Sergio Aguero Attacks Zlatan Ibrahimovic for Comments on Argentinian World Cup Team

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has become the talk of the town yet again after making controversial statements on the World Cup winning Argentinian squad and lashing out on them for their “bad behaviours” during their celebrations last month in Qatar.

Sergio Aguero responds to Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Ibrahimovic had said that the rest of the Argentinian squad except for Lionel Messi would not be winning anything else. However, these comments made by the Swedish international was not taken lightly by former Argentinian footballer Sergio Aguero.

The former Manchester City player launched his very own missiles on Ibrahimovic and nitpicked at how Ibrahimovic’s actions himself were not righteous and perfect either on pitch.

Aguero reminded everyone how Zlatan had behaved badly as well, recalling his memories of when they played against United and while he was on the bench, Zlatan was provoking and was talking back.

Aguero continued that before talking about Argentina, Zlatan should be worrying about his own country and about their players, who didn’t even play at the last World Cups, let alone winning it. Aguero said this while live streaming on Twitch.

Aguero hardly stopped his attacks there, and went on to recall how Ibrahimovic had previously viciously fought with one of the Argentinian defenders, Nicolas Otamendi during a Manchester Derby match.

Ibrahimovic praises Kylian Mbappe

Apart from opening an attack on the Argentina front, Ibrahimovic had showered huge praises on the French icon, Kylian Mbappe in his statements. Mbappe had scored a hat-trick in the finals of the World Cup against Argentina, on which Zlatan had commented that the 22-year-old would once again lift the trophy for a second time in his career.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic had not claimed anything wrong in his statements about the Argentina team’s controversial post-win celebrations. FIFA themselves had confirmed previously that they would be opening a probe against the Argentina Football Association because of Emi Martinez’s offensive gestures.
