SA 20 Final Postponed to Sunday Due to Persistent Rain

SA20 Final Rescheduled for Sunday

The ground preparation for the SA20 final was compromised due to rain. The pitch had remained covered for 3 days, with over 200ml of rain falling in Johannesburg since Wednesday. The outfield at the Wanderers was waterlogged, making it difficult for the two teams to play on Saturday.

The South Africa Weather Service predicts showers for Saturday but a clearer outlook for Sunday. The final of the SA20 will take place on the Reserve Day, February 12th in better weather conditions.
