In a shocking revelation, the prosecutors from France have opened a preliminary investigation against the iconic Paris Saint-Germain’s defender, Achraf Hakimi according to the latest reports from a Judicial officer on Monday.
Achraf Hakimi accused for rape by young woman
The alleged investigation, according to the official, is being led by Paris suburb of Nanterre’s prosecutor’s office.
However, despite many attempts, the official have refused to provide any sort of details about this accusation or make any comments about the media reports which claimed about what had really happened.
The official was obviously not authorized to be publicly named for speaking to media or anyone about this ongoing investigation.
French officials investigating Achraf Hakimi for rape
The officials from Paris Saint-Germain refused to respond to any request for their comments on the matter, and as for the star play Achraf Hakimi himself, he has not yet publicly responded in any way to the accusation.
Achraf Hakimi was born in Spain, but the right back choose to play for the historic Morocco World Cup team who won the hearts of thousands with their stunning performance in the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
He had earlier appeared on the stage of much-awaited FIFA awards in Paris on the evening of Monday. Hakimi was voted to be apart of the player-voted men’s World XI.
Hakimi previously did not appear for PSG’s victorious clash against bitter rivals, Marseille on Sunday, because of reported thigh injury.
