Messi’s Qatar Hotel Room to Become Museum After Argentina World Cup Victory

Qatar University has declared that the hotel room used by the legendary Argentinian captain and 2022 World Cup winner, Lionel Messi, would be developed into a mini museum.

According to the reports, the room which was being shared with Messi’s long-term friend and colleague Sergio Aguero towards the end of the tournament where Argentina emerged victorious, will not be receiving guests any longer.

Instead, the plans for the room as per the Qatari authorities are revealed to transform the area of the room into a mini museum. The belongings of the football icon would be retained as they were left in all their ultimate glory for all the visitors to witness.

Hitmi al Hitmi, the director of communications and public relations at the University of Qatar had earlier told a Qatari newspaper that,

“The room of Argentina national team player Lionel Messi will remain unchanged and will remain available only for visitors and not for residence.”

“Messi’s belongings and will be a legacy for students and future generations and a witness to the great achievements Messi has reached during the World Cup.”

Argentina had a historic and memorable victory at what was claimed to be the best World Cup final ever, against the 2018 world champions France at Qatari soil. This marked the first-ever stellar World cup win for the Paris Saint-Germain legend, Lionel Messi.

Recognition of the addition of such a stunning milestone in the greatest career of all time of Lionel Messi was seen to be given by the PSG club manager, Christophe Galtier. He has revealed that he has granted the Argentinian enough time till mid-January to drown in the celebrations of his achievement.
