Joao Felix Says Dream to Play for Barcelona Amid Uncertain Atletico Madrid Future
Joao Felix, who had joined La Liga giants Atletico Madrid previously in a much hyped deal has now ended up as an outcast in his new club, and talking to the sources, he has revealed his wish to play for the current Spanish champions, FC Barcelona.

As per the latest reports, Joao Felix is being expecting to depart this summer transfer window after the loan of six month period is over from Atletico Madrid to Chelsea. And according to the trusted, Fabrizio Romano, it would apparently be a “dream” for him to play for FC Barcelona at the Camp Nou.
In an official statement, Felix stated that he would love to play for Barcelona and that it had always been his first choice and that would always love to join Barca as it was his dream ever since he was a small kid.
Felix also added that if this ever happened, it would in fact be a dream come true moment for the youngster.
However, what is still a matter of doubt is that if the interest is mutual between both the club and the players, especially with the financial situation that Barcelona currently finds itself in resulting in much restricted movement in the transfer market due to the FFP rules.
Joao Felix to make Barcelona transfer from Atletico Madrid?
The 23-year-old Felix had previously been crowned as Golden Boy winner, however things have been going quite south for him ever since he made a big transfer move to La Liga from Benfica back in 2019.
The Portuguese international had scored a total of four goals for Chelsea in 20 appearances while he was with the Blues in a loan spell last summer. Currently apart from Barcelona, Felix has been linked to Manchester United and is also being rumoured to make a return to Stamford Bridge.
With clouds of uncertainty looming over the future of Joao Felix, what makes it more evident about his move from Atletico Marid is the fact that from a long time his relationship with boss Diego Simeone has vanished from existence, with also being made to train with the youth team earlier.
