Kuldeep, Sundar sweep the waggling tail

The fight finally came in the form of the hero of first ODI Michael Bracewell. He tried to thread a partnership with Glenn Phillips to take their side to a respectable total.

New Zealand’s lower order added 85 runs to ensure that New Zealand could cross the 100-run threshold. But they couldn’t hold the Indian bowling contingent for long and were dismissed for a total of 108 in 34.3 overs.

Kuldeep Yadav and Washington Sundar played crucial role in dismissing the tale. They picked up 3 wickets among themselves to capsize New Zealand’s already sinking boat.
