FIFA 2022: Salt Bae slammed for crashing Argentina’s celebration; pestering Messi and biting medal

Football fans worldwide were furious and enraged after Argentina’s glorious victory of the 2022 FIFA World Cup after they spotted the social media influencer, Salt Bae, joining Argentina’s celebrations uninvited on the pitch after the trophy ceremony.

This fuming anger of the football fanboys have resulted in them cancelling the Instagram influencer after he was seen annoying the legendary Lionel Messi for a picture. He was also spotted biting the winner’s medal of Franco Armani.

According to the passionate football fans all over internet, he crossed all lines when he was seen holding the prestigious FIFA World Cup’s original trophy in his hands. In fact, one picture even shows Messi repeatedly trying to avoid the irritating influencer and looking to escape.

Images of the irritating Salt Bae, who goes by name Nusret Gökçe in real life, standing next to the Golden Ball winner, pestering him. All hell broke loose after this as furious and angered fans have reacted with heavy backlash to these snaps.

Many fans have questioned the FIFA arrangements of letting only close friends and family on pitch for celebrations with players, excluding media. These fans are demanding answers from the management to know who had even let Salt Bae on the pitch.

Some of the reactions by fans on twitter has been hilarious, which has led all the fans to unite and cancel the internet personality.

“Salt Bae pestering Lionel Messi has to be the perfect symbol for all the awful off-field s*** hovering around, poisoning anything good about this World Cup,” fumed one fan on twitter.

“Messi told Salt Bae ‘no’ twice while he was trying to hug his family; the guy chased, and grabbed him again. What a p****,” a second wrote with hatred.

“Somebody actually let that Salt Bae touch the World Cup and he smacked it, what a disgrace!” raged another.
