Cristiano Ronaldo Scores 61st Career Hat-Trick, Scores Four Goals in Single Match for Al-Nassr

Cristiano Ronaldo has thrashed aside all criticism that had been oozing for him for the past few weeks against his ability to perform like his young days.

Ronaldo scored all of the four goals for his brand new Saudi club, Al-Nassr and single handedly provided them a 4-0 dominating victory over Al Wehda earlier on Thursday.

Ronaldo had earlier struggled to lodge his first professional goal for Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League but has now done the unexpected in the King Abdulaziz Sports City Stadium and scored in a second consecutive match for his club, the first being a penalty.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored his opening goal in the game on the 21st minute of play and then doubled the scoreline by scoring a brace in the 40th minute before the half time.

Later, the best paid player in the history of football with a deal of almost 200 million euros per year proved why he is one of the greatest of all times as he scored his 61st career hat-trick at the age of 38 on the 53rd minute of the match.

Cristiano did not stop at a hat-trick as he scored the fourth goal of the match as the lone scorer on the 61st minute of the game. This match had been only the third league match he was playing for Al-Nassr, and already has scored five goals within.

Ronaldo also completed 500 goals in league football. Also, his hat-trick became his 31st overall hat-trick scored after he had turned 30 years of age. His contribution in the victory has seen Al Nassr through to the top of the table in the Saudi Professional League table.
