Martinez might be out of Aston Villa

However, according to the sources, Martinez might be out of his club in the January transfer window. Reports have claimed that Emery is unimpressed with Emi’s temperament and wants him out of his team.

Emery on Emi Martinez

Emery had made a public statement earlier about Martinez’s controversial celebrations where he had mocked French superstar Mbappe. Emery went on to state that when one has big emotions, it sometimes becomes difficult to control them, referring to Emi’s gesture.

“I will speak to him next week about some celebrations but I respect that he is now under the national team and when he will be with us, he is our responsibility then we can speak about it. We are so proud of him. He won the World Cup with his national team and it’s amazing,” said Emery in press-conference.

France launch complaint against Martinez

But all does not seem to be well because recently an official complaint has been launched by the French association against Argentina’s Emiliano Martinez for his brutal trolling of Kylian Mbappe.

He took it too far in his celebrations when he held a Mbappe doll in the air while he stood next to Mbappe’s club teammate from PSG, Lionel Messi, who stood celebrating and did nothing to stop the defamation of his own club teammate during the epic bus-ride celebration in Buenos Aires.

Previously, Emi Martinez had also shown his true colours in the locker room celebrations where the Argentinian players danced around after the victory and were heard mocking Mbappe, screaming and singing “a minute’s silence for” before leaving a pause for Martinez to shout, “For Mbappe who is dead!”
