Cody Gakpo makes Liverpool debut FA Cup clash against Wolves

The FA Cup is back and this time out Wolves will host their arch-rivals Liverpool Football club at the Molineux as both teams will battle it out to qualify for the 4th round in the competition.

Now this game is a replay of the match which was held last week in Anfield when that encounter ended with a controversial result of 2-2 as Lopetegui’s men were denied a late winner by VAR due to an offside.

So this clearly shows that both teams would be giving it their all as they know that this is the only competition where they realistically have a chance to win the trophy this season.

Now coming into this game, Klopp’s side are in disastrous form as they just suffered a humiliating defeat against Brighton by a scoreline of 3-0 and hence they need a big win urgently if they want to turn around thier season.

So Klopp would really have to get his tactics right in this match, however, beating Wolves away from home won’t be that easy. This is because they would be looking to capitalize on the mental state that the Liverpool players are currently in and the sensational crowd support which Wolves would be receiving might also change the result of the game. All in all, it would be an interesting encounter.
