England vs Pakistan 3rd Test: Pakistan ended Day 2 of the ongoing third Test against England at 21/0 as the hosts trail by 29 runs. Earlier, England have been bundled out for 354 runs in their first innings against Pakistan in the ongoing third Test at the National Stadium in Karachi. Nauman Ali struck four times while Abrar Ahmed too claimed four wickets. However, the Three Lions managed to get 50-run first innings lead. England had resumed their innings on Sunday at the score of 7 for 1 with Ben Duckett and Ollie Pope at the crease.

Pakistan 1st Innings- 304
After winning the toss, Pakistan chose to bat first. Batting first the hosts were bundled at 304. Captain Babar Azam (78 off 123) scored the most for his side. Apart from his, middle-order batter Agha Salman managed to score 56 off 93. Moreover, Nauman Ali’s 20 helped the hosts reach the 300-marks.
For England, Jack Leach took the highest of 4 wickets. Additionally, debutant and the youngest Test player for England Rehan Ahmed dismissed 2 Pakistani batters.
England 1st Innings- 354
For England, it was again Harry Brook who scored the most, 111 runs in 150 balls. Moreover, Ollie Pope’s 51 and Ben Foakes’ 64 helped the three-lions gains a 50-run lead. Pakistan’s Abrar Ahmed gain made it to highlights by taking four wickets, along with him Nauman Ali took four too.
Notably, Brook became the first English batter to score three Test hundreds in Pakistan. David Gower and Dennis Amiss scored two hundred apiece. Brook helped England take a 50-run lead at Tea on the second day. Along with Brook was Ben Foakes, who stayed unbeaten on 42 runs off 85 balls.
On Day 3, the hosts will come out to bat at 21/0 hoping to clinch the lone victory in the 3-match series against England.
