Now coming into this game, both teams have very contrasting recent results as on one hand United have only lost once in their last 5 matches whereas Leeds haven’t won a single game in their previous 5 PL outings. So given the quality that they have and the form that they are in, this makes Ten Hag’s men the rightful favourites for this match.

However, they simply cannot underestimate their opponents as in order to change their results, Leeds have sacked the manager Jesse Marsch so that new ideas can come into the group which could make them win their games. And a win against a team like Manchester United would surely be a statement victory for them and could definitely turn their season around. They are currently 17th in the table and are above the relegation zone by their goal difference.

But beating Ten Hag’s team won’t be that easy cause recently they have been simply sensational. The Red Devils are currently 3rd in the table and just 3 points behind their city rival Manchester City, hence they know that if they win this game they would go level n points with Guardiola’s side and then potentially be in the title race. All in all, with the squad depth that they have and the amazing home crowd support that they’ll be receiving, might just make them win this match.
