It’s a battle between the two heavyweights of the Premier League as this time out the defending champions Manchester City will host thier arch-rivals Tottenham Hotspur at the Etihad Stadium.

Both teams are coming into this game suffering similar results as on one hand, Guardiola’s side lost the all-important Manchester Derby at Old Trafford courtesy of a late winner from Marcus Rashford. Whereas Spurs lost the North London derby too at home against their rivals Arsenal by a scoreline of 2-0.

So now in this match, both teams would be looking to redeem themselves by getting back on the winning momentum as soon as possible and whichever team wins this encounter it would surely be a statement win and it could turn thier season around.

These sides are in a complex situation as City would be looking to get back in the title race and reduce the gap with Arsenal as the Gunners are currently 8 points up in the table and for Tottenham they would be looking to get back in the top 4 in order to play in the Champions League next season.

All in all, this definitely would be an interesting game but the quality that City have and the incredible crowd support that they’ll be receiving might just make them win this match.
