The FA Cup is back and this time out in the 4th round Manchester City will host thier arch-rivals Arsenal football club at the Etihad stadium. Now this game revolves all around Pep Guardiola taking on his former assistant Mikel Arteta and there is no doubt that both of them would be looking to get the tactics absolutely right in this encounter.

This is the first time in this season that these two teams are facing each other as thier game was delayed once due to a covid problem. However, now that it has arrived, there is no question this match would be an absolute rollercoaster.

Coming into this game, both teams have had similar sort of results as on one hand Pep Guardiola’s side have won 3 out of thier last 5 matches, whereas the Gunners have won 4 out of thier last 5 games, so it’s clear that they do indeed have the winning momentum.

This match is surely huge for them cause apart from the FA Cup, they are in the title race for the Premier League and whichever side wins this encounter, it would surely be a mental boost for them in the PL too.

The last time these two met each other in the FA Cup was back in the semi-finals of 2019-20 when Arteta produced a masterclass and won not only that game but the finals too by beating Chelsea.
