Luis Enrique denies speculations about leaving PSG this summer

Ex-Barcelona manager Luis Enrique has posted a cryptic message on social media in response to claims that he’s ready to leave PSG.

According to Marca, the Spanish manager is frustrated with the Kylian Mbappe transfer saga and wants to leave the club after just one month. Moreover, PSG advisor Luis Campos could be forced to leave by the end of August.

Campos’ departure fuelled speculation surrounding Enrique’s future at the Ligue 1 club.

Lucho will not leave PSG this summer!

The former Spain manager has now appeared to play down the speculation with a message on Instagram. Enrique posted a photo where he is seen involved in an intense discussion with other members of his coaching staff.

Moreover he also posted a message: “un pour tous tous pour un [All for one, and one for all].”

Fabrizio Romano further quoted a PSG source who also rubbished the speculations and labelled the transfer talk as “complete nonsense”.

PSG suspects Madrid as source of Luis Enrique rumors

PSG have suspected that these rumors are coming from Madrid’s camp to put pressure for the Mbappe deal. Furthermore, Fabrizio Romano also believes that the rumors of Luis Enrique leaving are coming from Madrid.

However, Romano added that the Spanish manager is 100 percent focused on the PSG project as the 2023–24 season begins in a few days. Apart from the rumors, Enrique is not a coach who will put his head down and leave that easily.

The 53-year-old has already experienced a dressing room of heavyweights like Lionel Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Neymar, Luis Suarez and Gerard Pique. Even if Kylian Mbappe leaves the club this summer, he will come up with an idea to play without the French international.
