Fans go crazy as Amitabh Bachchan meets Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia

On Thursday night in Saudi Arabia, the French football team Paris Saint-Germain played a hybrid Riyadh All-Star XI.

Lionel Messi, who was playing for PSG, and Cristiano Ronaldo, who was representing Riyadh, met during the game, which may have been their final encounter on the field. However, Indian spectators soon discovered that superstar Amitabh Bachchan was also present in the stadium which was a proud moment for India.

It was an incredible evening for Amitabh Bachchan at the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Speaking about occasion  the  Bollywood actor tweeted a video of himself chatting with football legends Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo before the PSG vs. Al Nassr game on Friday

An elated Amitabh Bachchan shared his views with his fans

” What a night it was for me in Riyadh, with Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Mbape, and Neymar all playing together with yours me serving as the game’s special guest to kick things off. Riyadh vs. PSG seasons.. Absolutely amazing!!”

Amitabh could be seen entering the field in the footage and introducing himself to the players before the game. He shook hands with Messi and Ronaldo. Others included athletes like Kylian Mbappe and Neymar.

This video created a different sort of craze among the fans. It was a proud moment not only for the megastar but also the entire nation. Talking about this occasion, one of his fans wrote:

 “The GOAT of Bollywood meeting the GOATs of Football world.” “Amit ji, we are all proud of you. You can learn from your modesty and dignity. They are very fortunate to shake the hand of the greatest actor in the world”.

Talking about the match, Messi and Ronaldo both scored during the game as Paris Saint-Germain defeated the Saudi All-Star XI 5-4. The two football giants faced off against one another for the 37th time in their history on Thursday, their first meeting since 2020. They may never again cross paths on the field.
