It’s Croatia vs Canada in Group F and it’s an important match for both of these teams as they are coming into this encounter looking for their first win in the World Cup. The 2018 runner’s up were held to a stalemate goalless draw against Morroco and that result was really disappointing for them as they were easily the favourites to win the opening match. But now that they drew, their road to the knockout stages is difficult cause in the next 2 encounters. they’ll be facing Canada and Belgium. It’s simple for Zlatkos’s men, to top the group they’ll need to win their next 2 games, however if they fail to beat Canada things would get complicated.

And beating Canada won’t be that easy cause although they lost to Belgium by a narrow margin of 1-0, throughout the whole 90 minutes the Canadians were the superior team. They could have even won the match but Alphonso Davies’s penalty was saved brilliantly by Belgium’s keeper Thibaut Courtois. Nevertheless, they could easily take the motivation from that game to Croatia cause again producing a dominant display like did against the golden generation of Belgium might jus make them win their match against Croatia. All in all, they would look to score their first-ever World Cup goal and also get their first-ever World Cup win.
