Bernardo Silva signs new Manchester City contract and snubs Barcelona and PSG interest

According to several reports, Barcelona and PSG were very much interested in signing him this summer. Furthermore, Saudi Pro League clubs were also keeping an eye on him.

But now he has rejected a move, as Barcelona cannot afford him, and he has no desire to play for PSG or any other SPL club.

Although a move to the Catalan giants may be on the cards for next summer as he has been a Barca fan since he was a kid. For now, Silva has committed his future to the Premier League champions.

The Treble winners signed him from Monaco in 2017 for a fee of €50 million. During his time in Manchester, he has won the Premier League title five times. Moreover, he finally has his hands on the Champions League trophy.

Silva has provided 59 assists and bagged 55 goals for Man City in his six years at the club.
