Al Nassr 5-0 Al Adalah: Cristiano Ronaldo brace sinks Al Adalah in Saudi Pro League

Cristiano Ronaldo is back to his red-hot form as his double strike helps his team Al Nassr secure a thumping defeat over rivals Al Adalah, helping them to cement their position on the second place in the table.

He picked up where he left from, before the International break where he scored some mesmerizing beauties . With the brace, he added to his goal tally to 11 this season, making him the top scorer for his outfit this season.

The Portuguese legend opened the scoring from the spot, just five minutes before half-time whistle. The penalty was given after a long VAR check, and he made full use of it, firing his shot to the right of Al Adalah goalkeeper Milan Mijatovic. With that shot, he reached the double figures of scoring goals this season in the Saudi Pro League.

He could have added one more just before half time, but the opponent defender cleared it even before he could slot it home.

Talisca, cometh the hour, cometh the man

Anderson Talisca then scored a second goal just few minutes into the second half , as he slotted past the goalkeeper, squeezing from the edge of the penalty box.

Although the ball was in possession with Al Nassr for almost entire game, there were few occasions when Al Adalah could break free and try to counter against Al Nassr.

But, not late than that, Ronaldo scored his second goal of the night, ensuring a perfect cushion of 3 goals, as he scored a brilliant left-footed shot which left the Al Adalah goalie in a hapless situation.

With that sumptuous finish , Ronaldo reached an impressive 11 goals this season, making him the highest scorer for his club this season.

And that was not the end of this goal-fest as Talisca added one more to his tally, before Hamad scored the fifth of the night, rounding up the match in a stylish manner
