It’s gameweek 5 in the UEFA Champions League, and top European teams would face each and battle it out to win the prestigious trophy. In a match which could secure their place in the round of 16, Tottenham Hotspur will host their group rivals Sporting CP at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium.

Now Spurs are at the top of the table in their group and with a win against the Portuguese side they’ll qualify for the knockout stages. But Antonio Conte’s team is not in the best of form as they have lost their last 2 games in the PL and now they’ll face a difficult Sporting side.

Last time out when these 2 teams faced each other in Lisbon, Sporting club managed to defeat the Premier League giants by scoring 2 goals after the 90th minute. So this clearly states that the Portuguese side surely have the potential to pull off another shock result and beat Spurs again.

However, wit the incredible crowd support that Tottenham would be receiving and the added motivation to qualify for the knockout stages might just make tings difficult for Sporting. All in all, it would be a game o watch out.
