It’s the gameweek 4 in the UEFA Champions League, and top European teams would face each and battle it out to win the prestigious trophy. This time it’s an important match in Group A as Rangers will host the Premier League giants Liverpool at the Ibrox Stadium.

Now Rangers have had a demolishing start to their Champions League season as in 3 games they have lost all of them and haven’t even scored a single goal yet. Hence, they really need to turn their season around by a sensational win in front of their own fans against the heavyweights Liverpool.

Now last week when these 2 teams faced each other at Anfield, it resulted in a Liverpool win as they won by a narrow scoreline of 2-0 and both the goals came from set pieces.

So Rangers would be coming into this match with a sense of revenge which would be an added motivation to them along with the survival in the Champions League, cause if they don’t win this match, they are out of the UCL.
