Liverpool’s 1-4 defeat against Napoli in UCL puts Klopp under pressure to convert results
The Champions League was back this week and Napoli kicked off their campaign by pulling off an absolutely sensational win against the Premier League giants Liverpool.
They defeated the side by 4-1 in their home stadium and it was surely a memorable night in Naples cause of the terrific performance that they demonstrated.
This result was an absolute shock to Jurgen Klopp and this is by far the worst start that he has had as a manager at Liverpool in all these years cause in the Premier League too, his team is at 7th place by winning only 2 games out of the possible 6.
This puts massive pressure on Klopp as faces Wolves next cause in the post-match press conference he himself said that if Wolves were watching their game against Napoli they would be laughing.
Klopp has the perfect opportunity to transform Liverpool’s result as he would face Wolves at Anfield and in front of their fans and with the support of them, it could massively help the team to get back on track. So Jurgen needs to really enforce new tactics in his team cause this season he has a win percentage of less than 30% and with Tuchel just sacked by Chelsea, Klopp could also be under the radar of a sack. All in all, his team has to live up to the expectations that they have cause they cannot afford to drop to the Europa League.
