It’s gameweek 3 of the UEFA Champions League and the top teams in Europe would face other in order to win the prestigious trophy. This time the Premier League giants Liverpool will host their group rivals Rangers at Anfield.

Now Klopp’s side hasn’t had the best of starts in the PL and UCL this campaign as they are currently in the 9th at the PL table having won only 2 games. And in the UCL too they got demolished by Napoli 4-0 in their first match and in the second match too they won the game against Ajax by a fine margin of 2-1 courtesy of the late Joel Matip winner.

So in this game they would be looking to continue their winning streak in Europe and possibly even turn their season around with a sensational win.

But it won’t be an easy game vs Rangers as they have lost both their matches and in order to even qualify for the Europa League, they need to score some points which is why they will give it their all in this match. All in all, it would be an interesting game.
