Leandro Trossard becomes third player to score hattrick at Anfield; Brighton draws Liverpool at 3-3

Liverpool’s season continues to go downhill as their defence is an absolute shambles, Jurgen Klopp’s side are leaking goal’s this season. They have conceded 9 so far and are not able to grind out results, on the other hand Brighton’s electric form continues despite Graham Potter’s departure.

Trossard’s in form Premier league Campaign continues as he continues to impress the fans, the Belgian has scored 5 goals till now in the English league and the hattrick against Liverpool made it sweeter for the forward.

The Brighton Star has been deadly and clinical in the box and ends up scoring when given chances on the left flank. Trossard was causing problem on the left flank for the Liverpool defence from minute one and scored the opener from the same side against Trent alexander Arnold who was carved open by the Forward.

On the 17th minute Trossard from his favourite left flank position scored again to give seagulls a strong 2-0 lead, Trent was exposed yet again for the goal. Liverpool came with a strong mindset as Firmino drew them level and a webster own goal had put Liverpool in pole position but again it was Trossard to the rescue for the seagulls as a beautiful ball came in the box and it was the Belgian with the top notch finish on the 83rd minute.

First player to Score a Hattrick against the Scousers Since 2009

Trossard was the first player to score a hattrick against Liverpool since 2009 when Arsenal’s wonder player Arshawin scored 4 past the scousers.

He seems to be a bright player who is likely to have a great future.
