Indian pacer Kuldeep Sen was rested and not available for selection as Team India attempts to make a comeback in the series after losing the first ODI by a narrow margin.
Kuldeep, who made his ODI debut in the first match, was unable to be selected due to back stiffness. Kuldeep was evaluated by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and advised to relax.
Umran Malik has been named to India’s XI for their crucial match against the hosts. After winning the toss, Bangladesh captain Litton Das elected to bat first. The home team also makes one change from the last game, with Nasum Ahmed replacing Hasan Mahmud.
