Chelsea submits 20 Million Euros bid plus Marcos Alonso in order to sign Barcelona’s Aubameyang
It is very well known that Chelsea football club and Barcelona are negotiating very intensely over the past few weeks for the transfer of Pierre Emrick Aubameyang and Marcos Alonso.
And there has been some latest development in those negotiations as at first, the Spanish giants were looking at only a cash deal to sell their striker but now they are open to the idea of a cash+ player deal in which the Premier League side is looking to include Alonso. And Barca remain keen on the Spaniard cause they are looking for a left-back in the market and Xavi likes him a lot and he won’t rule out signing him.

In regard to those negotiations, it is reported by the very reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano that Barcelona have rejected an offer of 15 Millon Euros plus Marcos Alonso for Aubameyang as Barca believes that it’s not enough and they want more than that. It is considered that they want at least a fee which exceeds 20 Million Euros.
And this clearly shows that Barca are taking advantage of Chelsea’s situation cause they know that Tuchel needs a striker and the club is desperate for one cause they have already seen Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner leave the club.
Hence, the La Liga side is counting on that desperation factor as the transfer window closes within 24 hours and they know that the Blues have got the money to pay cause they have already spent an astronomical amount of 300 Million Euros this summer on transfers.
Thomas Tuchel knows that his team has attacking problems and they aren’t clinical in front of goal, hence they need an outright striker to solve their issues. And the quality that Aubameyang brings might be the solution to that as Tuchel has already coached the striker previously at Dortmund and he knows how to perfectly use him in his system.
Chelsea are currently 9th in the Premier League table by just winning 2 games, drawing 1 and having lost 2 in the process. The reason for those results is that they aren’t scoring a lot of goals as they have just scored 6 goals in 5 games, whereas their arch-rivals Arsenal have scored 13 which is more than double of what they have scored.
The Gunners are at the top of the PL table and this clearly shows how important is to have a clinical striker which Arsenal bought in the form of Gabriel Jesus. All in all, both the clubs need to make a decision soon for Aubameyang as the transfer window closes in 24 hours.
