Chelsea submits 15 Million bid for Aubameyang

According to various reports in the Spanish media, Pierre Emrick Aubameyang is the latest player likely to be offloaded by Barcelona this season. He has now joined the list of Depay, Umtiti, De Jong and Braithwaite who are also being forced to leave the club.
So that the Catalan giants could sort their finances after a hectic transfer window. Chelsea are interested in bringing the striker back to the Premier League just 6 months after he left Arsenal cause of the disciplinary issues he had at the North London club. And the reason he joined Barcelona was because he considered the move, a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Aubameyang to Chelsea
After his move to the Camp Nou last season, it was reported that Aubameyang just earned over 2 Million Euros with the La Liga side but it is now believed that it is expected to rise as high as 18 Million Euros per year from this season onwards.
This would mean that, he would at least make around 350,000 Euros per week and if he is given that, he would be one of the highest earners in La Liga. And now that the Spanish giants have signed Robert Lewandowski, it is likely that they’ll either sell Depay or Pierre in order to manage the squad and the finances as Xavi is considering having only a single backup striker instead of 2.
It is reported in Spain that Chelsea have already made a bid of 15 Million Euros for the former Arsenal man but Barcelona are demanding a fee of at least 30 Million Euros for the player who scored 13 goals in 23 games last season.
However, Aubameyang is keen to stay at the club despite starting on the bench and featuring for just 8 minutes in Barca’s opening match. Thomas Tuchel is of course looking for a new striker as this transfer window, cause both Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner have left his team.
Hence he needs a new one soon, and Aubameyang would be a good choice as he has already played under Tuchel at Dortmund and during that time he managed to score 79 goals and provided 17 assists in 95 games. All in all, it would be interesting to see how this transfer saga develops.
