Ban vs Ind: Rohit Sharma injured his webbing while fielding; rushed to hospital for further scans

Indian cricket team has suffered a huge blow as their captain Rohit Sharma was rushed to hospital after sustaining an injury in 2nd ODI against Bangladesh.

The event took place in the second over of the game as Anamul Haq of Bangladesh edged one to slips. Rohit Sharma tried to catch the ball and sustained an injury in doing so.

He was immediately rushed out of the field after this incident. And vice captain KL Rahul took the reigns of the game.

Later it was revealed that Rohit Sharma had torn his webbing and was taken to hospital for further scans.

Indians are holding their breaths hoping that it doesn’t turn out to be something serious.
